By using the U-Core platform and services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for: (a) the accuracy and legality of data or content you submit or process; (b) obtaining consents and legal bases for processing personal data; (c) compliance with data protection laws (including GDPR); (d) the configuration, operation, and security of any systems you deploy. Any breach of law or third-party rights is your sole responsibility.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

You use the Services at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any loss of data, revenue, or other harm from your use or misuse is your responsibility.

4. License Revocation

U-Core CMS reserves the right to revoke or suspend your license at any time, without prior notice or refund, if we reasonably determine that: (a) you have attempted to alter, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software product; (b) you have attempted to remove, bypass, or circumvent the license or any license verification mechanism; or (c) we have been notified or have reason to believe that the software product is being used for inappropriate, illegal, or harmful purposes. Revocation does not entitle you to any refund or compensation. You remain responsible for any obligations under these Terms that survive termination.

5. Data and Privacy

You are the data controller for any personal data you collect or process via the Services. You must have a lawful basis and, where required, consent. You indemnify us against any claims, fines, or losses arising from your processing or failure to comply with data protection obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, U-Core shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months before the claim. You assume all risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless U-Core from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms or any law, or any content or data you submit or process.
